August 23rd Alpha Release
Skulk » Devlog
Another week, another Skulk Alpha release! Here’s a run-down of the changes from the last build:
- Traps no longer linger in memory after being triggered; They are deleted.
- On average, dungeon chambers are larger.
- Caverns will narrow as you descend.
- Mobs will only path towards the player when in vision.
- Fix improper calculation for room’s inner area causing placement bugs.
- Add music from Jun!
- Fix entities spawning within walls.
- Added ‘Rise of the Red Moon’ to the game files for ease of access. Give it a read sometime.
I sincerely hope you all have fun with this build! I’m off for a weekend out of town, so I may not be responsive to comments until closer to Monday. Please feel free to leave feedback or suggestions on the game!
